[arvados] Join Arvados Users & Developers at the 2022 Arvados Summit

The Arvados team is happy to announce the 2022 Arvados Summit.

The Arvados Summit will be on October 19-21st, 10:00-4:00 USA Eastern
Daylight Time.  The first two days will be dedicated to talks/panels and
the last day will be a CodeFest where users can meet with Arvados
developers and work on their personal projects.

The Arvados Summit will be taking place in Boston area, MA.  Details about
event location will be announced shortly.

The conference is planned to be hybrid with both an in-person and virtual
option. This may change due to changes in COVID-19 cases and local
protocols.

Tentative Topics Covered will include:

    Updates on Arvados and Showcasing of New and "Beta" Features
    Presentations of Current Arvados Users and their Work
    Discussion of the Arvados Roadmap
    Voice of the User Panel
    CodeFest/Hacking time with Arvados Developers present to assist
