The Arvados team is please to announce a maintenance release for the v1.3.x
stream which includes a handful of important bug fixes, including one to
deal with the shutdown
<https://developers.google.com/+/web/api/rest/openidconnect/getOpenIdConnect>
of Google+ APIs on March 7, 2019.

Customers with support contracts will receive this update automatically and
the Veritas DevOps team will be in touch to schedule a convenient time for
the upgrade. Customers who manage their own installations can find the
packages in the standard Arvados repos
<https://doc.arvados.org/install/install-manual-prerequisites.html>.
