[arvados] Arvados 1.2.1 is out

The Arvados team is happy to announce that Arvados 1.2.1 has been released.

This is a bugfix release that contains the following change:

* WebDAV: fix collection write support for Windows and OS X clients

WebDAV support is provided by the keep-web daemon. More information about
