[arvados] Fwd: No --create-workflow option of arvados-cwl-runer in recent arvados docker image

Hello gurus,
    I just pulled arvados docker images. Publicdemo was started
successfully and workbench worked. But there's no --create-workflow option
in arvados-cwl-runner any more. How could I register the cwl to workbech
and run it? Please advise.
