[arvados] Triggering Keep garbage collection

Hi George,

Sorry, my bad. There's a step missing from the install doc page. You
also need to update your keepstore services' configuration with that
same superuser token. Store it in a file (say
/etc/arvados/keepstore/system-token.txt) and then add to
/etc/arvados/keepstore/keepstore.yml:

SystemAuthTokenFile: /etc/arvados/keepstore/system-token.txt

Once you do that (and restart keepstore) and re-run keep-balance,
those "send trash list: request failed: ... 401 Unauthorized" errors
should go away.
