[GET-dev] original complete genomics files

Hi,

I was wondering if the original 'VAR' directory files from complete 
genomics were available for the 10 PGP genomes? I think we have touched 
on this before but I'm not sure of the answer now (!). The reason is 
that I will be setting up some analysis with the public complete 
genomics genomes  and CGAtools and it would be handy to be able to slot 
the pgp genomes into the same analysis pipeline directly.
