[GET-dev] Not all git commits show up in GET-Evidence history on redmine

I'm a bit confused how the git histories for GET-Evidence are showing
up on the redmine repository. For example, I made a May 9 commit
adding a tab for displaying metadata:
https://github.com/madprime/get-evidence/commit/ed3faf76f7717a0f89d424c75de889d255a179c2

This doesn't show up on the redmine history, but the change is in the
code there? It first shows up on a later May 19 commit of mine. The
redmine git history for the file is here:
https://redmine.clinicalfuture.com/projects/get-evidence/repository/revisions/master/changes/public_html/lib/genome_display.php

Is there some setting in redmine that makes some commits invisible to
the history?
