[GET-dev] Ubuntu update issues

Goddamnit Ubuntu.  >_<

My GET-Evidence installation had the same problem described in the link
below, apparently after allowing my computer's Ubuntu update to take effect
by restarting (which I admit I do rarely). I would never have figured this
out without the combination of the Internet and Google.

Summary: php is no longer interpreted inside public_html directories by
default in Ubuntu.
