[GET-dev] vertebrate phyloP scores from ucsc in snp-dev:/nomirror/krobasky/conservation

I'm working on mapping conservation scores from ucsc to GET variants;
I just downloaded several gigabytes of data to that end, so if anybody
else needs it, I thought I'd let you know where it is to save you the
hassle.
